Weekend inspiration │ Mirrors

Mirror, Mirror on the wall….

Beautiful mirrors, every room should have at least one; mirrors reflect light so will make a dark space lighter and will make a small space look bigger. If you have a lovely view out of a window or a beautiful picture or piece of art then place a mirror on the opposite side that way you can see your lovely view, picture from another prospective. Mirrors are great for creating illusions; seeing double, plus we need to check ourselves out especially on the way out the door! However there are a just a few rules for helping to keep good energy in your home when it comes to where not to place a mirror and I refer to the art of Feng Shui; do not place a mirror opposite a front door as this will push the energy out the door; do not reflect negative views for example a toilet or messy area of the room.  A mirror in the bedroom can create insomnia especially if it reflects the bed. A cracked mirror is also very negative energy so get rid of it or have it re-cut.

But first breakfast in bed I think
